Due to their background -being grown up as only childs-, they are used to getting their demands and wishes satisfied instantly. Moreover, the speed of having their wishes fulfilled and the courtesy shown to them emphasizes their personal prestige and social status.
Translated to the tourism and hospitality industry this means that these young and wealthy tourists demand perfect and immediate service.
